This policy describes how Numertypho Drawing Studio (“Numertypho”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data when you visit numertypho.cfd, contact us, or attend classes at Panenská 15, 811 03 Bratislava, Slovakia. We process data in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Slovak law, under the supervision of the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, ÚOOÚ).

Data we collect

We may process your name, email address, phone number, message content, class preferences, and basic booking notes when you write to us or enrol. Technical logs may include IP address, browser type, and pages visited if you allow optional analytics cookies. We do not sell personal data.

Purposes and legal bases

We use data to reply to enquiries, schedule classes, manage studio attendance, issue invoices where relevant, and improve site reliability. Retention

Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to complete the conversation and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted or archived securely. Booking and invoice records are retained for the periods required by Slovak accounting and tax rules. Cookie preferences remain in your browser until you clear them.

Recipients and transfers

Data stays with Numertypho and, where needed, with IT or hosting providers acting as processors under instructions. We do not intend to transfer data outside the EU/EEA. If that becomes necessary, we will use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where GDPR allows.
