Data we collect
We may process your name, email address, phone number, message content, class preferences, and basic booking notes when you write to us or enrol. Technical logs may include IP address, browser type, and pages visited if you allow optional analytics cookies. We do not sell personal data.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to reply to enquiries, schedule classes, manage studio attendance, issue invoices where relevant, and improve site reliability. Legal bases may include performance of a contract or pre-contract steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legitimate interests in operating a local studio (Art. 6(1)(f)), consent for optional analytics (Art. 6(1)(a)), and legal obligations for accounting records where applicable (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to complete the conversation and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted or archived securely. Booking and invoice records are retained for the periods required by Slovak accounting and tax rules. Cookie preferences remain in your browser until you clear them.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. To exercise rights, email [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with ÚOOÚ (https://dataprotection.gov.sk/) if you believe your rights were infringed.
