Services

Numertypho provides adult drawing and painting classes, open studio time, and related studio access. Descriptions on the site are informational. Class content, tutors, and schedules may change; confirmed bookings take priority over general website text. We do not provide medical, therapeutic, or licensed professional art appraisal services.

Bookings and payment

Fees, payment methods, and cancellation windows are confirmed when you reserve a place by phone or email. Late arrivals may miss the demonstration portion without a fee reduction. Unused sessions are not automatically transferable unless Numertypho agrees in writing.

Studio conduct

Participants must follow tutor instructions on materials, ventilation, and shared equipment. Solvents and oils must match studio rules. Damaging property or disrupting others may lead to removal without refund. Numertypho is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended.

Website content

Text, photographs, and branding on this site belong to Numertypho or its licensors. You may not copy content for commercial use without permission. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that every schedule detail is continuously updated online.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Slovak law, Numertypho is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from voluntary studio participation. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is unlawful, or for other liability that cannot be excluded under Slovak consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Courts in Bratislava have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you reside elsewhere in the EU.
